Trinket passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 10, 2010 from unknown causes. He had been losing weight over the last year and had many test run but to no avail. He got to spend his last moments in the arms of his mom, where he always loved to be.
You will be missed.
So the blog you are currently reading has been around just over a month now. Seems Trinket is scaring the other would be “cat” bloggers out here in Tampa as a new site has popped up laying claim to being the “most famous cat in Tampa” which is a tall order for anyone to call out, especially to this guy. It makes me break down what it means to be famous, in the world of the cat that is. And to do that.. I look towards Trinket.
Trinket is a popular cat no doubt, he has some followers on the internet, every time he makes a public appearance he is greeted with much enthusiasm and he produces joy to the ones around them. He is a cat a few words and request besides the usual treats & rub-fest. You really can’t go wrong with Trinket.. he’s easy going, no worries coming out of that cats mouth.
You know.. there is no competition. Call yourself (or your cat) the most popular in Tampa.. let me know how that works out for you. I don’t really care.

I figured I’d give you some time between blog post to realize the uncoolness that you exude, but unfortunately you obviously aren’t smart enough to understand. A certain cat has been hanging out all week sleeping in comfort while you tend to the hustle and bustle of your lame existence.

This weekend will probably be an eventful one for you all. You will try to go out and socialize with the world, make new friends and prolong the lame relationships you already have. I hope you don’t think about it to much or your head will explode.
Meanwhile.. Trinket will be sleeping.. not having a care in the world.
You find a cat on the internet who has the best life ever.
We often wonder what it is that we are suppose to do in this life, what we should accomplish, what is the meaning of it all… but what does it really matter.. when a cat is much cooler than you will ever be.
Remember, Trinket isn’t trying to be this cool.. HE JUST IS. You go out of your way to give off this appearance of someone who has it together. Trinket has it all together.
Just stop trying.
How’s your car running? How’s the boss treating you? Co-workers pricks? I bet they are. Wonder if your significant other could be cheating on you? More than likely.
Trinket on the other hand doesn’t have to worry about much. He sometimes has overexcited grandmothers who come to visit.. they like to pet him and shower him with love but that’s about the worst he gets.
I bet you feel a little overwhelmed.. don’t you.
It’s 2:30 in the morning.. I bet you are sleeping.. or you should be. I bet you have to get up early and go to work? Trinket has been dozing all day.. but now he’s wide awake.. he doesn’t have to play in your stupid reindeer games.. he can do whatever he wants. Sucks for you.
I hate to tell you.. but you aren’t cool at all. It isn’t that you haven’t tried your hardest.. but my cat is cooler than you. As you stand there contemplating your life, remember.. a simple cat from the streets is cooler than you ever thought you might be.
