How can I convince my parents (Mum) to let me get a female German Shepherd Puppy?

I’m really responsible plus I already know where I can get her* and a cage** and all of her supplies.. I offered to payed for her and all her stuff but my mom still doesn’t want me to. The reason is she doesn’t want me to have a GSD is because we already have 2 dogs, but she’ll stay in my room or the backyard.
